1. Product Authenticity & Material Disclaimer

All items sold by Leathers.pk are handcrafted from 100% genuine top-grain or full-grain leather. Because leather is a natural, organic material, products may occasionally exhibit minor variations in color tone, rugged texture, and natural grain markings. These variations are not defects; they are the true hallmark of authentic leather craftsmanship.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of relevant local taxes. We currently process payments securely via Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct Bank Transfers. Prices for our premium products are subject to change dynamically based on material sourcing costs without prior notice.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Leathers.pk reserves the highly exclusive right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Order Cancellation & Modification

Once you place an order, our fulfillment center immediately begins processing it. Customers may self-cancel their orders exclusively through their account dashboard before the status reaches "Dispatched." Once the cargo leaves our facility, the order is considered final and falls under our Exchange Policy.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Leathers.pk adheres to a strict "Exchange Only" model. Under zero circumstances are cash refunds offered for correctly delivered products. For size or preference changes, items must be pristine, unused, and presented within 7 days. Please review our full Exchange Policy for specific logistical requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

The entire content of this site, including but not limited to text, typography, high-resolution photography, bespoke graphics, and the "Leathers.pk" brand logo, is copyrighted under the laws of Pakistan. Usage of any site materials without our explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and subject to fierce legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Leathers.pk shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. We guarantee the structural integrity of our stitching and leather, but cannot account for malicious physical wear and tear incurred post-delivery.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed heavily in accordance with the sovereign laws of Pakistan. Any disputes related to these terms will be exclusively resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Punjab.
