Exchange Policy

To maintain our strict quality standards and hygiene protocols, Leathers.pk does not offer cash refunds. However, we have a comprehensive Exchange Policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. An item is eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:

• The item is the wrong size, color, or variant compared to what was ordered.
• The item arrived physically damaged or defective.
• It is completely unused, unworn, and structurally exactly as received.
• All original tags, authenticity cards, and packaging are completely intact.

The Exchange Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact our team via WhatsApp at +923111222741 with your Order ID and pictures of the product showing the issue. Once approved by our support staff, you will be asked to dispatch the item securely back to our warehouse:

Logistics & Shipping Adjustments

Customers are responsible for funding the return shipping of the item back to our facility. However, Leathers.pk will cover the delivery charges when shipping the new, exchanged item back to you!

Please note: Sale items, highly discounted promotional bundles, and custom engraved items are absolutely final sale and cannot be exchanged.
